It is clear from the graph that the figure for new graduates underwent a slight increase despite a drop in 1997. Additionally, professional position was the most widely-preferred jobs among the UK’s new workers.
Regarding the graph, in 1992, this nation welcomed exactly 165,000 new graduates. Conversely, the quantity of those having just graduated experienced a substantial decline to about 180,000 in 2002 after having gone up to 195,000 in 1997.
In terms of occupations, the UK’s new graduates prioritized to work in professional position, at nearly 60%, which outnumbered the shares of Managerical & Administrative and Clerical & Secretarical by nearly three and six to one, at 20% and approximately 10% in turn.
