The bar chart illustrates the annual salaries of doctors and other workers in seven countries in 2004.

In general, in 2004, the salaries of doctors in seven different countries were significantly higher than the amount of money paid for other professions. It was true the US was the nation where the income of employees was the highest as compared to the rest of the countries.

In 2004, the average income of medical workers in almost all countries below was higher than 60 thousands of US dollars. While American was the countries where doctors could earn highest estimated 120 thousands of US dollars, the average income of doctors in Finland was the lowest, with only 45 thousand dollars in the year shown. The amount of money in one year paid for medical workers in Switzerland and France came in the second with 65 thousand dollar.

While the amount of money earned by doctors in seven countries was very high, that figure of other workers was much lower. The US was continued to be the country which had the highest data with approximately 42 thousand US dollar paid for professions other than doctors in 2004. In contrast, companies in Czech, Germany and Italy paid less than half with 20 thousand US dollar compared to America.
