it is noticable that in 1971, the population of families either rented or bought an accommodation were 50% Between 1918 to 2001, families tended to buy houses and departments as the numbers dramatically rose to 70 percent. Besides that, in 2010, the population of those family who bought houses slightly decreased to 65%, while, renting houses increased to 35%.
