Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie charts compare the proportions of sodium, saturated fats, and added sugars in four meals consumed in the USA.
It is clear that overall sodium and saturated fats are mainly consumed in dinner, while the American people eat added sugar foods in snacks. Among the meals in the US diet, breakfast appears to be the healthiest option, with a lower consumption of three nutrients compared to other meals.
The average percentages of sodium, saturated fats, and added sugars in the breakfast of American people were 14%, 16%, and 16% respectively. These figures for lunch were slightly higher at 29%, 26%, and 19%.
Sodium and saturated fats are consumed significantly in dinner at 43% and 37% respectively, while the proportion of added sugar was 23%. By contrast, the figure for added sugar was highest in snacks, at 42%, more than double when compared to fats, and three times for sodium.
