For dinner time, the vast majority of people consuming a kind of sodium are more than two-fifths followed by saturated fat is around 35%. the rate of eating sodium at lunchtime is higher than when eating a type of saturated fat. Furthermore, adding sugar for both times is lower than the others which are around under the quarter for each other.
For breakfast, nutrients such as adding sugar and saturated have a similarity of consuming a proportion which is less than a third. Also, the level of eating sodium is the same as breakfast and snack time. In addition, the highest percentage of eating kinds of sugar is in the morning which is nearly two-fifths.
