The charts below show the Internet use for different purposes in Australia in 2010,2011 and the percentage by users.

The given bar charts provide a comparison of the level of Internet users in terms of social media, online purchasing, emailing, and the proportions of people in each field.
From an overall perspective, it is conspicuous that emailing comes as the most preferred activity among the three categories. Subsequently, one particularly interesting fact highlighted by the figure is the stable percentage of Internet users whose ages range from 40 to 60 in all diagrams.
Taking a look at the first graph, it is evident that the Internet catered to more than 70 percent of people in Australia in 2010 and 2011, with a share of it was more than 20% when compared with others. While this proportion in the two remaining groups was just merely around 50 percent.
Moving to the three remaining graphs, it is conspicuous that teenagers whose ages from 18 to 25 had a tendency for owning an account on social media than other age groups. Noticeably, the number of Internet users who are 40 to 60 years old met the same record in all three diagrams. While the seniors whose ages above 65 hosted the highest rank in participating in the Internet for online disbursement and sending email, this number come at the least preferred activity in the social media field.
