The charts below show the percentage of volunteers by organizations in 2008 and 2014.
The following two pie charts compare the proportion of volunteers across different retail sectors in 2008 and 2014.
Overall, there was an upward trend in the health care, sport and environmental sectors of volunteering. However, the opposite was true in educational, art and other sectors.
According to the pie chart in 2008, it is obvious that the percentage of volunteers by educational institutions was highest, which was 24%. This was 3% lower than the proportion of volunteers by education, which was the percentage of volunteers by environmental in 2008. The percentage of art volunteers took up 18% of the number of volunteers by organizations in 2008. In 2008, the proportion of volunteers in sport was similar to the other sectors, accounting for 15%. Finally, the proportion of volunteers in health care was the lowest in all organization sectors, accounting for 7%
It can be seen that in 2014, the stages of volunteers by environmental were the highest and increased moderately to 29%. This was 4% lower than the proportion of volunteers by environment, which accounted for 25% and increased dramatically. The percentage of volunteers that come from the third sector accounted for 17% and there was a sharp decline of 7% between 2008 and 2014. This was 5% lower than the percentage of volunteer work for the art sector in 2014. The proportion of volunteer by the other sector was the fifth 9% and declined by 6% between 2008 and 2014. The lowest was the percentage of health care volunteers, which accounted for 8%, and there was an unremarkable change between 2008 and 2014 by just 1%.
