The charts below show the results of a survey conducted by a university library to find out the opinions of full-time and part-time students about its services.
The pie charts compare the views of full-time and part-time students for IT support and opening hours at a university library throughout the results of an investigation that it has carried out.
Overall, it is clear that full-time students were happier than part-time ones for the service of IT support. Meanwhile, for current opening hours, most of the students felt satisfied.
In terms of IT support, it can be seen that there was a similar rate about the number of full-time and part-time students who were quite happy with this service, at 32% and 35% respectively. However, only 20% of part-time students were really satisfied, compared to 55% of full-time students. While only 13% of full-time students were not at all happy with IT service, the figure was up to almost a half (45%) for part-time students.
Regarding the opening hours, it was witnessed the great majority of students who felt very happy, at 67% and 72% for full-time and part-time students, respectively. 32% of full-time students were quite satisfied with these hours, compared to 23% of part-time students. Finally, only a small minority of students was not at all satisfied, at just 5% or less.
