The bar graph displays the average number of years that were spent at school for both adult males and adult females, while the pie chart illustrates the different educational qualification of adults in Singapore from 2000 till 2010.

Overall, what stands for the bar graph that the adult males were the highest proportion when compared with the adult females that have remained more or less the same. On the other hand in the pie chart, the high school and the university qualifications were considered the highest percentage in 2000; on contrast with the primary that have experienced a remarkable decline in 2010.

The bar graph represents average levels of participation at school from 2000 to 2010 for both adult males and females. Moreover, the adult males increased steadily to slightly over one to ten in 2010 but the adult females maintained at a small amount.

The pie chart constitutes the five level of educational qualification. In 2000, the high school made up the biggest proportion at just over a third followed by secondary school and primary qualification but the master qualification was of a small amount. On the other hand in 2010, the university qualification comprised to over a third followed by the master qualification but the primary qualification constituted to a significant amount.
