In 2000, the average female adult participation years are less than the years of male adult participation, for females, it is 8 compared to the 9 years average of male involvement, this trend continues until we reach 2010. In witch, the average male contribution is 11.9 compared to the 9 of female inclusion in education; these numbers show that female participants have more time outside of education facilities than male participants in the learning system.
As for the highest learning stages in 2000 and 2010, it is to be noted that the highest level in 2010 was for high school participation with 32.15, then secondary schools with 26.3, primary school, 25.77, 8.5 for university qualification, and finally 7.5 for master qualification. For 2010 the numbers change drastically, with university qualification increasing to 32.93, master qualification ascending to 30.31, high school qualification decreasing to 19.55, secondary schools amount to 15.2, and at dead last are primary schools with only 2.1 for qualifications.
