The pictures illustrate the developments made to the city park. The construction of a swimming pool made a lot of changes in the city park area.
The entrance leads to the park road. Initially, on the right side of the park road, there was a parking area. This parking area has now been converted into a swimming pool, which occupies more space than the parking lot, covering the area of the fountain. So, the fountain has to be demolished during the renovations, which further reduced the size of the garden.
There were two basket ball courts, 1 and 2, adjacent to each other, on the other side of the park road, opposite to the garden. In order to have some parking space for vehicles, the basket ball court 2 has been changed into a new parking lot, where the vehicles can enter from the park road side.
Thus, the construction of the swimming pool made some developments to the city park. But, the parking lot on the left side of the entrance and the basket ball court 1 remain unchanged.
