the diagram illustrates in detail the process of producing sugar from sugar canes. this mầucturing produre consists of four main steps which begins with growing sugar canes to drying and cooling to have perfect product.
overall, the sugar producing process takes a long period of time. the first step of the proceeding is to grow the sugar canes in 12 months to 18 months for it to mature. after being grown for a long time, sugar canes are harvested by either manual method or using the mower. in particular, the manual method involves the farmers leaving the leaves from the canes and then choping the canes. meanwhile, using the convenience of the mechanized method helps cutting the canes directly as well as carrying out the proceeding more quickly.
afterwards, sugar canes are crushed by the cane press to get the organic juice which later on is purified using a limestone filter. from then on, the purified juice is boiled over low heat in order to distill the syrup in an evaporator. next, the syrup is poured into a centriguge where the sugar crystals are separates from it in a high speed. finally, sugar crystals are dried and the end product is sugar.
