The given flowchart illustrates about students to process of complition of their work experience requirement and submission of their final report. The process involves total six number of steps.

First of all, credits for this work experience will only be awarded when one submit their final report for this experience. To begin with, students has to submit the applications in the potential workplaces which they had choosen from the approved list and had to make arrangements for interview. Furthermore, after receiving the approval from that workplace the acceptance letter should be submitted to the professor for approval.

Secondly, the work experience should be of 20 weeks, given the time of minimum 10 hours per week. Moreover, report form which is given by university is to be filled out weekly and to be submitted to professor every friday. Around the end of your work time such as your final work week all the students have to participate in evaluation meeting with their work supervisor, where supervisor will submit your evaluation form. At last, the final report of work experience is to be submitted before last week of spring term to get good credits.

Overall, all the students have to follow the procedure to get awarded by the work experience requirement credits.
