Overall, using water began from the lowest level by the agriculture sector and reaches the highest rate in the graph.
While the figure for Global water by agriculture went up dramatically to 3000 km3 in 2000, the quantity of water consumption per person was rose slightly to nearly 100 km3 at the same time. Also, there was a stable growth in the number of water used by the industrial sector to 100 km3 till 1960, followed by a sharp increase to 1100 km3 in 2000.
Now turning to details on the table, the figure of water used was 359 km3 per person in Brazil where the population were 176 million. In contrast, at the same time, the proportion of H2O expense in the Democratic Republic of Congo was 45 times, but the population were 35 times lower than Brazil.
