The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.
The given graph reveals that the methods which the travellers used to request questions in a certain region from January to June in 2011. There are three means of the requestion included face-to-face service, letter or email service and telephone service.
Overall, it can be observed that people who prefer to visit office are increased every month, while letter and email users are decreased slightly. Although telephone enquiries had fluctuated, there is a great increase in its users.
To begin with, the tourists who requested by a physical meeting in January were just over 400 which is the smallest number. However, it has increased at nearly double in August and peaked at almost 190 in June which is the biggest number.
The letter and email requestion, on the other hand, were nearly 800 in January; however, it has plunged between March and May although it maintained in June. Despite the fluctuation in telephone requesters, it has consistently risen up from April to June.
