The graphs below show the numbers of male and female workers in 1975 and 1995 in several employment sectors of the republic of Freedonia.

The graphs provided above illustrates the number of men and women employed in 6 main domains in Freedonia in 1975 and 1995.
It can be clearly seen from the first graph that in all the 6 sectors presented, the number of male employee exceeded that of female employees. The advantage of men were especially obvious in manufacturing, financing and public sector (defense) where the number of male employed more than doubled the number of female, with a surplus of about 400 thousand, 300 thousand and 200 thousand respectively. The slightest gap existed in the field of communication, where almost the same number of men and women were employed.It is also notable that wholesale and public sector(non-defense) are the sectors where the most female worked, reaching a number of 550 thousand and 650 thousand respectively.
20 years later, the job market has witnessed significant changes. While in most sectors, men were still the dominant, in communications and wholesale sector, the number of female employee surpassed that of the male workers, attaining an advantage of about 250 thousand and 100 thousand respectively. Furthermore, the female employees in banking and public sector( defense )also saw a great increase. However, manufacturing and public sector(non-defense) are the only two domains remained unchanged.
In conclusion, from 1975 to 1995, more women were accepted in workplaces, which was especially obvious in communications and wholesale sector.
