Given are the two maps delineating the predicted layout arrangement of Islip town.
Perceptibly, the area is planned to become a development living area with myriad of amenities
Before the transition, a town is crossed by the main road from the west to the east with various shops on each side in which citizen could access the countryside behind the upper shops. Moreover, on the south, school and park are also connected to the main road surrounding a big area devoted for living purposes.
Afterward, the main road is expected to be used for walking only and the addition of two dual carriage way surrounding the area. Meanwhile, the bus stop, shopping centre, car park are predicted to be constructed towards the north which was the countryside previously. Strikingly, the new living area is expected to be built on the right of these mentioned amenities while the same things is true for the opposite side but on the left of the park.
