The graph shows population figures for India and China since the year 2000 and predicted population growth up until 2050.

The line graph illustrates how many populations who were accounted and their predicting in India and China over five decades from 2000 to 2050.

Overall, what stands out from the graph at any point in time, the number of Indian people is higher than in Chinese.

At the start of period, the population of Indians was the least number who started at 1 billion people. Predictions then show that the figure will rise significantly and the same level with China slightly more than 1.4 billion people in 2030. Afterwards, it is likely to reach 1.6 billion Indian people during 50-year period.

On the other hand, Chinese stood at just above 1.2 billion people in 2000. This was followed by another increase and will remain stable just over 1.4 billion people in the next two decades between 2020 and 2040. But people in China estimated that the figure will decline about 1.4 billion Chinese people.
