Summarizing the process
The manufacture of canning fruits is depicted in the illustration. Overall, this process has three main steps, involving preparing and canning, before the fruits are delivered to consumers.
To begin with, fresh fruits are manually collected. Next, they are dispatched to factories, where they are properly treated. There, the fruits are washed in order to clear away the dirt. Then, it is important that the quality of every fruit is thoroughly assessed before they are preserved in cold storage. Subsequently, fruits are graded according to their weight to make sure the each can has the same content. After that, peels are discarded before slicing and removing the core so as to be convenient for instant use later.
In the first step of the canning process, sliced fruits are automatically arranged in cans by a conveyor belt before this machine seal those cans. After that, the fruit cans are disinfected by placing over heat in order to kill bacteria. Next, they are left in a storehouse after labels are added. Finally, the canned fruits are transported to customers for various use.
