last month you had a holiday overseas where you stayed with some friends. They have just sent you some photos of your holiday. Write a letter to your friends. In your letter
1) thank them for the photos and for the holiday.
2) explain why you didn't write earlier.
3) invite them to come and stay with you.
Hello! How are you? I hope this letter finds you in the pink of your health. I'm writing this letter to tell you that the holidays we had spent together in France will remain a memorable time forever. I just received the package from the postman which has photographs of us. I'm really very thankful to you for the pictures you have sent to me and for the time which you have given me when I was at your home.
I'm really very sorry that I'm writing to you so late. The reason is that when I arrived home, on that night my mother getting severe pain in the heart and we immediately rush to the hospital. However, with the god blessing, there is no major cause found. It's only the gastric problems as you know my mother is very fond of eating spicy food. But now there is no need to worry everything is fine here.
I think it's my turn now to invite you to my home. Make a plan and tell me when you are coming. I've a surprise for you and I'm sure you'll definitely like it. One thing I want to tell you that my mother's birthday is near if possible try to come between 1st August- 8th August.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours Truly,
Harsimran Singh
