Dear Sir or Madam,
This letter has been written to drag your attention towards a small equipment which was delivered by your company salesman to my house yesterday.
Many times, I had purchased a number of electronic things from your shop and I must say that your products are very genuine and efficient. But this time there is a big problem. When I unboxed the keyboard I was shocked to see that upper edges were broken and some keys are non-functional.
You already know that I am a freelancer and 90 percent of my work is on Microsoft World and Microsoft Excel sheets. Due to non working of some buttons it was hard for me to complete my work on time. This issue makes me helpless that is why I asked one of my friend to give me his console for a few days so that I can submit the work before deadline.
I would like to request you to please change this keyboard as soon as possible as it is in guarantee of one year. Meanwhile, arrange one keyboard for me if you have spare so that I can return my friend's keyboard.
