Dear Sir,
I am Fujiwara Tsuyoshi, one of residents of Tokyo BayCity. I along with the other people of the area have been enjoying the bus service from your company, known as Tokyo BayCity Koutsu, for a long time. Lately, however, there seems some problems are occurring with your bus facilities which has given rise to doubt in people's mind about the reliability of your services.
For a long time, the buses from your company are known for the convenience they provide and how timely they are to let people reach their destination on time. Recently, not only the comfort ability of vehicles is going down but also their time of arrival and departure, leading to numerous complaints from people. As regarding the comfort, seats of buses are starting to look more and more ugly day with sometimes visible torn of clothing from them. On the other hand, your buses usually used to arrive at nearby 8 and 9'o clock with a half an hour break in between them, however, now the gap has risen to nearly one hour. In addition to this, their engines seems to have become obsolete as the buses covers only half the distance in the same time, in which, these used to travel more than double the miles.
These problems have affected my schedule as I often get late for my work and have even got warnings from my boss for such late arrival. Therefore, I kindly request you to either bring in the latest model buses or change the engines and other things responsible for the buses and refurbish them completely.
