Dear Councillor,
I am writing this letter regarding a problem something happened in near my house on the street. I live at College and spadina intersection which is next to Kensington market and convenient locations to access everywhere. I was at a coffee shop around spadina street. I was just having a cup of coffee and minding my own business, when I started to get distracted weird noise. Since our council start to construct new crossways in front of the Rexall store, water have been flooding from the ground with weird noise.
There must have been 5 or 6 weeks after the construction. If I were to guess, the noise and water come from the deep underground water path. And for many of neighbors who are living around there complained about the inconvenient situation. For example, Rora who is living right next to me installed a noise proof wall because the noise distracted her work. So, I strongly appeal my opinion as a representative of our village. The construction should be done as soon as possible and by equipping a security camera plays an important role in keeping an eye on.
Isn't that how we develop ourselves for communicating for the future?
