Hello Sir,

I hope you are doing well. My name is Kinen kell and I am living in harbour avenue near to hallway street. This letter is regarding the damaged road in front of my residential accommodation.

The main road that belongs to mall road having several pits and on raining season these pits covered with rain water, leading to accidents. Last weekend I have witnessed an accident of a college boy who was heading towards his college and suddenly collapsed with that pit and falls down. Fortunately, he did not fall prey to major accident.

I would like to request you to please repair those pits with appropriate mixture of concrete so that road should be used by general public comfortably without expecting any mishappening. Additionally, I request to the municipal corporation authority to take care of these types of issues in future to maintain the road safety for their citizens.

I hope you will consider my suggestion and will act on this as soon as possible.
