Essay topics:

You are attending a night course in the school. you are not happy with some parts of the course. Write a letter to the school director about this.

In your letter, you should tell:

• what course you are studying

• what things you are not happy about

• what you expect from the school director.

Dear Sir/ madam,

I am writing this letter to let you know the problem faced at the night course in the school. Although, the course on a whole is interesting, certain section of it, like group discussions or any activities to be performed in groups are unorganized, there is no proper instructions given to the students, and most often it ends without conclusion.

As you may know there is only one course that is scheduled for night in this semester, which is politics. Politics is an optional subject, so the foot count usually is less and moreover it’s a night course which is makes it even more unpopular among the students. However, as Economics is my major subject, I believe economics and politics go hand in hand, and in general I am interested in world politics.

As briefly mentioned above, it is the group activity that is of concern, if there is a standardized procedure or a resource book with step by step instructions to conduct the activities in a group, and clarity on allocation of grades of such part of the course.

It would be commendable, if required action is taken to address the issue, and encourage students to participate in night course.

Thank you.

Yours Faithfully,

Roopa
