Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is manveer and I am student of 2nd year computer science course in your college. I am writing this letter to request a week off from college starting next week Monday.
I am sincere and punctual student who never took off from studies. But these time I have no option left as my brother marriage scheduled to take place next Friday. I am international student living abroad and studying here. My family lives in India so as my brother and because of that I have to fly back there to attend that function. And to co-op with travel time and event date I need a week off from studies and college.
My instructor Mr. John told me that in order to get off more than 5 days I need your permission and your sign on these letter. Once you approved my time-off I need to submit it to him. So, he can marked me as leave on attendance sheet. I would like to please sign my day off letter that I attached with this and for your reference I also attached my brother marriage invitation card.
I hope you will authorize me to home for week.
