I am writing to inform you of my intended plan to take a break from work and to seek your consent regarding this.
I am preparing to write a professional exam about 5 weeks from now and I need some time off to enable me focus on my exam preparation.
The exam starts on the 3rd of October which is exactly four weeks and three days from today, and I will need to take about 2 - 3 weeks leave in order to intensify my preparation. I would not mind starting my leave anytime from the 15th of September.
Concerning my work, I have spoken with Onyeka and Ifeanyi and they both have agreed to split my work with more of the burden on Ifeanyi being my Relief Officer. Also, I can be contacted on my main line if urgent or more information is need.
