Dear Mr. Johnson,
My name is Rebbeca Dickson, I have been working as one of the event organizer for the upcoming event in our local community.
I am writing this letter to inform you that I won’t be able to dedicate my time to this event now.
I am responsible for organising the food and beverages for the event next week. I have to arrange for all the required groceries along with the management of catering staff. Along with this, I was working with the music band too.
I am working as a full-time employee at one of the leading management companies. I had kept my spare time to volunteer for this event since last month, but recently I was transferred to the other branch office and it is two and a half hours commute from here, so all my free time will be utilized to travel.
I had been sharing my experience with the event at my office and one of my colleagues, Robert is interested in taking over from me.
I will look forward to your response.
Yours sincerely,
Rebbeca Dickson.
