Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my displeasure regarding some problems with a new camera bought from your store recently. Let me explain in detail.
My name is Saad a local resident of Plymouth locality. Since your shop is located in the close vicinity of our locality, therefore, I buy most of the electronic products from your store. Although I have had a positive experience with the electronic products bought from your store however last week was an exception. To elucidate I had bought a new digital camera from your store which turned out to be faulty. After hours of discussion with your online service team the fault was diagnosed and it turned out to some fault with the software of the product which made the camera to shut down abruptly.
Lastly, I was told to return the camera to your store and was promised repair of the product with a week however it has been almost two weeks now. Despite my constant follow up with your customer support no resolution has been provided till date except false promises. Hence I would request you to check with your team internally and provide a free replacement of the product as it is still covered under warranty.
Looking forward to your immediate response and resolution.
Yours sincerely
Saad
