Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter in regard to an unpleasant incident that occur last night in your restaurant. I am a regular visitor of your food joint, but yesterday I was shocked by the customer service that I received from your end.
The Thai rice that was serve to me had a piece of stone in it, when I complained to the waiter initially he refused to agree to the chef’s mistake. Later after arguing and proving myself I did not receive any apology. To make the matter worst I was even charged for the uneaten rice platter.
It was indeed the worst experience that I have ever faced and there was no action taken for such poor maintenance of food. As you were not available for at the time of the incident, I would like you to make some strict protocols regarding maintenance of food as well as for your employees lack of negligence. I want your staff to not only apologise but also return my money that I have paid in your restaurant.
