Essay topics:

You have a full-time job and you are also doing a part-time evening course.

You now find that you cannot continue the course.

Write a letter to your teachers. In your letter

describe the situation

explain why you cannot continue at this time

say what action you would like to take

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear ................. ,

Dear Mr. Smith,

I am Singh from the Part time MBA evening class. I am writing this letter to inform you that, I will not be able to continue with my Part-time course due my recent commitment with my employer.

Recently, I have been promoted as the project manager for the upcoming project because of which I will not be able to attend the evening lecture as my work and lecture timing will clash with each other. To complete this course, I will have to be present at the college for the practical and for my written exams which wont be possible as I will be busy in the new project.

This is a great opportunity for my career and I understand that this course would have also helped me to gain knowledge and grow. Hence I have decided that I will continue the course once the project is finished.
I hope you will consider my request

Yours Sincerely,
Singh
