Dear Sir,
I am writing as regards the apartment I was given last month. I moved in two weeks ago and I don't seem to enjoy it. The company gave me a two bedroom flat on the second floor of the building. The apartment is beautiful. Each room has a private toilet. The kitchen is spacious as well as the living room and bedroom. The bedroom is well ventilated. However, some of the appliances seems are in bad conditions.
The air conditioner in the living room and bedroom are not working properly.It doesn't cool the room. I was washing some dishes last night when the dishwasher stopped working. Also, the hot water doesn't run from the tap anymore. Most times the water is usually cold. I have been enduring these issues for some days now.
I would like the company to look into these issues. I suggest the company should get someone to fix the air conditioners or get a replacement if necessary, replace the dishwasher, and also get a plumber to fix the water heater.
