2- Explain why they are so important
3- Tell the manager what you want him/her to do.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to you to seek your help to find my documents at your hotel. My name is Emma and I visited your hotel yesterday to attend a meeting with international delegates and when I arrived home, my file was not in my bag.
Let me explain the situation in more detail. I often visit your hotel regarding my business and on 24th september, 2019 also I was present there due to official work. The meeting was arranged in the conference hall in the basement because meeting room was not available owing to refurbishment work. In the meeting, I used podium to place my document file while discussing all the statistics through the slides. After completing the presentation, other members had to complete some documentation regarding new project so I got busy with them. Unfortunately, I completely forgot about my file and when I tried to find the same at home that was not available.
The transparent folder file is very essential for me because it contains all the information of new project as well as handout of company statistics. In addition to this, I need to mail scanned copy of those to overseas for further processing of project.
I would appreciate if you could ask your staff to find my file in the conference room. I am sure that will be on the podium. I will collect that in the tomorrow evening from the reception desk at your hotel.
I look forward to hear from you at your earliest convenience.
Yours sincerely,
Emma
