Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Vineet Jain and I attended a meeting at hotel "Regency Towers" last friday. Unfortunately,I forgot some very important papers at the hotel.I realised the same while I returned home and searching few of them.
The meeting was in the basement at conference room.I believe I left the papers there on the table itself.They are so important because it has confidential information about the stakeholders of the company.In any case, the papers should not be misplaced.As your staff was so supportive,I would like to suggest if they can help in finding out those papers.It would be a great help.
Also,I would like to request that once your staff hand over them to you,please keep them at a safe place like a drawer with keys. I will come and collect them today evening by 6:00pm
I am sure you will understand this and soon begin the search of papers as a matter of urgency.
