Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the jacket that I have bought recently from Macy’s shop in New York on 1st Nov 2019. As I am a loyal member of your store, who has always been content with impeccable services, hopefully you will consider my situation favourably.
Let me explain the matter in detail. I purchased a camel brown GAP leather jacket of size XS (extra-small). Unfortunately, while buying I did not have much time to check the interiors of coat thoroughly. After I reached home, I noticed ripped inner lining at multiple places along with non-functional zip lock. I,therefore opted to exchange it next day immediately.
Consequently, I called toll-free service number, and an agent assured me to resolve the issue thus I visited the store personally. Later, the Customer Representative said that as I bought it on discount so it does not qualify for either replacement or refund.
I hope you understand that it is not acceptable to deny a customer of an exchange or store-credit. Thus, I would like to receive a full refund so that I am extremely satisfied.
