Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction caused by equipment, I bought from your circuit house store. I am one of the loyal customer of your company.
I had bought washing machine from your store and after only 2 days it started making abnormal noises in addition to it some electric current is also felt at the time of touching the panel. Morover, machine is in very bad shape to use.
After above fault with machine, I called store to send mechanic and check what went wrong, Instead of sending mechanic your shop manager hunged phone and after making multiple calls, he asked us to send back machine to store by ourself only. I would like you to take serious action against shop manager and also bring back this faulty equipment with fresh replacement as early as possible.
Your prompt action shall be highly appreciated.
