This letter regards 2 days off next week for the completion of PSM(Professional Scrum Master) certification which would benefit my current role in a great way.
As mentioned above, I am intending to complete a certification for my current role of Scrum Master. Since this certification is quite difficult to attain which also means a lot of preparation in terms of online studies, sample papers, and various tests; I would be required to have 2 days off next week that is Thursday and Friday to comfortably study and take this test.
If provided with the above, I would make sure once I am back after my break that all my project assignments are finished on time even if that means overtime at my work. I would make sure no work gets affected by this break.
I truly believe that this certification would bring a lot of positive changes for my current role, various teams as well the whole organization.
Here I can Implement various skill and techniques learned during this certification to my work place and acheive great results.
Finally, I would really appreciate if you consider the above and grant me with 2 days off for the betterment of my as well as my teams.
