Hello, how are you? Hope that you are having a joyous time. I am writing this letter to express my happiness on the 8th Birthday party of Julie. I wish her best in life but I apologise that I will not be able to attend the party
I wish Julie a very Happy Birthday. May all her wishes and desires come true. I would also like to thank you for inviting me to her birthday party. I owe her a birthday present do let me know her choices and preferences?
Since last month, I was promoted to the position of senior manager in my organisation and I have to manage all the work and ensure that there are no faults and flaws. Moreover, since it is the end of the financial year there is a lot of work pressure and many crucial projects of the organisation has to be completed within the deadline to ensure company’s growth an investor’s satisfaction. It is very difficult for me to leave all the work and projects during this time so I will not be able to be at the party.
I will organise all my work in the office and will plan a visit to meet you and Julie in Canada next month. I will try to stay with you for a couple of days and we will have a lot of fun and enjoyment.
Once again, I apologise for not being a part of Julie’s Birthday party.
