Dear Sir,
Good day! I am Maria Judith Parayno, 23 years old. I live at Town and Country hills, Inarawan, Antipolo City, Philippines. I am now working as a Senior Manager at San Miguel Corporation. here in the Philippines. I wrote this letter because I just travelled last week from Japan to Philippines and suddenly my suitcase was lost. Until now, I have not hears anything anout my things from your airline company.
Here is what happen, from Haneda, Japan airport, I actually have a total of one hand bag and two suitcase color brown and black. After I checked in, at exactly 8 o'clock pm dated March 25th of 2017, our flight got called and ready to go. After five hours, we arrived at NAIA 2, Philippines and unfortunately after I checked out one of my suitcase was lost. Which is the color black. I have an important documents on that suitcase like my birth certificate, training certificates, diploma and paper works, that is really important to me as a Senior Manager in our company.
Along with this, I really wanted to know what will be the things that your company needs to do about my lost suitcase. Furthermore, I want your company to investigate all the possibilities why I lost my suitcase.
