Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter in order to complain about the swimming pool in our neighborhood. I have been using it for a long time and never encounter this issue before. Yesterday when I was swimming in the pool, I notice there are some tiles at the bottom of the pool broken and I stepped on a small piece of broken tile by accident, which is quite dangerous. These small pieces might be everywhere as water flows and it could result in potential harm to other residents.
I told the manager, Mike who handles swimming pool about this issue right after I left and asked him to deal with this matter as soon as possible. I am not sure what he has done so far, but when I went to the pool this morning, I saw the broken tiles are still not taken care of. I am really not satisfied about this, as he should take this matter into consideration seriously. No swimming should be allowed due to this potential threat, but obviously the he is not doing the right thing.
This is the reason why I am telling you about this problem and I hope you could tackle the problem. Please ask Mike or someone else who is in charge of this to prohibit swimming in the pool for now and recruit a professional team to come and repair the broken tile. If possible, please let them check the whole pool to ensure there is no other issues. I believe this is the best solution for this matter.
