You use the local swimming pool often and during one of your visits, you have encountered a problem. Write a letter to the manager. In your letter... describe what the problem was , What the swimming pool staff have done about it. Suggest your own solution to the problem.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am one of the Platinum member of your swimming pool club and every week I visit here. Here, I would like to draw your attention towards a problem which I faced in my last visit that was over crowding of pool area as well as very much noisy.
Last Sunday, when I reached at pool complex on time, which is alloted only to platinum members, I found the place was unusually crowdy. Some teenagers were having a pool party there and they occupied more than half of the pool area. As you know there are limited number of seats for sunbasking and unfortunately all were occupied by them. I was with my wife, we both trubbled getting a seat for us. It almost wasted half of our designated time Moreover, I joined here to get some relaxing, peacful, and quality time, however I did not get all of these. I immideately talked to the authorized person who was on duty that time. Initially, he assured me that it would be over withen five-ten minutes. But that party long lasted for around one hour. Despite my continuous complaints, they did not do anything.
I would like to suggest that management should allot different times for parties and take a closer look at the starting and finishing times. So that, your regular and important clients do not get disturbed otherwise it may affect your members count.
I amd looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanking you,
John Carter
