My name is Harsimran Singh and I am a student of MBBS 4th year in your college. I am writing this letter to inform you that I borrowed two books from the library on 22nd of July, 2019 that is Anatomy & Physiology by Ross and Wilson and another book named Research and Publishing by Khullar. The return date of these books is on 12th August 2019 but I will not able to give it back on time.
The reason for this is that my uncle is hospitalized due to severe pain in his stomach. He has no one to take care of at home as his both children are living in Australia. Yesterday I had a call from my father that you have to visit your uncle and live there for a few days his health get improved.
I would like to request you to allow me to deposit these books after the due date and I am also ready to pay the late deposit fine.
I shall be very thankful to you.
