I am writing regarding the problem I have with my laptop, which I have just bought from your company. Although I am pleased that I have bought such a practical laptop, but unfortunately the microphone and camera do not work properly from the day I start to use the laptop.
As I use this laptop for attending different work meetings on skype, I need to send my voice and picture to other attendees. Also I should prepare different videos for my next week presentation to company board deck. I sure you will appreciate that this is a very worrying situation for me.
May I suggest that your company send me a new laptop working properly for maximum 3 days, until you could fix my laptop and send it back for me? Also if it is because of some software issue, one of your experts could connect to my laptop via internet and try to fix it online.
