Dear sir/madam,
I am writing to inform you that my recent problem with the internet connection which your company support that.
There are some difficulties with the internet like low-speed and some other disorders which cause that I could not be able to use some online applications or sites. Whenever I would like to use some applications like Skype, Gmail and etc. I encounter with an error frequently which exclude my accessibility and ask me to check my connection.
Since I work at home and I have to be in touch with my clients with online chat and video call, this matter makes some problem for me. I have customers from all over the world and because of time difference they should leave a message for me and I should check their order and answer their needs quickly. With this low-speed connection, I am not be able to service appropriately.
I would be really grateful if you could check my internet connection and tell me whatever I could do to solve this problem.
