Essay topics:

You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do

• explain what the company could do to help you

• say how the course will be useful for your job

Write at least 150 words.

Dear Sir,

I am writing in respect to the advertised course I saw online about management in the health and safety department.

The training course is about learning the rudiments involved in managing health and safety practices. It involves both virtual and hands on experience and it will hold for 6 weeks.

I would want our organization to help me achieve this in two ways. Firstly, I would want a little support financially to help me achieve this. Lastly, I would really appreciate if boma my colleague and friend can help me cover up for the time I will be absent.

This management in safety practice will afford me the opportunity to learn more about how health and safety managers regulate practices around the oil and gas industry in this our contemporary time. More so, it will expose me to state of the art equipment and in the long run I can increase my input at work so as to serve us better. I would be elated if my request is granted.

I await a positive response from you.

Yours sincerely,

Husain Alegimenlen.
