Say why you would like to go.
Suggest what you could do to help during the trip.
Ask some more questions about the trip.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I’m writing this letter to express my interest in accompanying my daughter Neha Sharma on the forthcoming international vacation planted by your school.
My daughter is in 7th grade and she has never been to a vacation without me. I would be delighted if the school give me a chance to be with her and this would result into complete peace of mind for me and my family. The trip will certainly strength our bond and will give me an opportunity to know her friends along with her teachers.
Fortunately, I’m into teaching profession with an experience of over 10 years. School board can give me responsibility of a small group, 10-12, of students and I’ll take care of them from dawn to dusk. I will ensure they are engaged in some activities in their free time, so that they can enjoy to their fullest.
I’ve some questions regarding the trips. Please share the schedule of the grip so that I can prepare for the activities accordingly. Do I need to bring along any special clothing?
Looking forward for a positive response.
Yours sincerely,
Aja
