Dear Steve,
I am writing this letter to express my views on your article published in The Hindu last Saturday, which states that all city centers are lookalike in our nation.
Firstly, I would like to appreciate your work as you have covered all the basic details of different town halls. I agree that not only the architectural design, but the color of these halls is also the same, based on the traditional theme of our country. In addition, the interior of all these buildings is done as per the guidelines of the government, hence are designed using the same kind of material.
However, I would like to draw your attention towards the qualities that make each city center different. If you have a close look at them, you can see an essence of the regional history and culture. Furthermore, there is a variety of handicrafts and carvings on the walls of the hall, all unique in their own way.
I would be glad to give you a detailed tour of my town as I have a deep knowledge of the cultural diversity of my area. I will be looking forward to hear from you.
