Dear Sir ∕ Miss,
I am writing this letter to you to tell you that I have received your complain and I apologies about the disturbance that I have caused you.
I would like to explain to you the cause of this noise. We have just found out that there are some leakages in the house water circuit which requires some repairs to be done. Demolishing in certain areas of walls and floor of the house is required to reach and change the worn water tubes. The deal which planed with the plumper in charge of the repair is that, noisy work should last for another two days after words, No noise will be heard while completing the work. Please accept my appreciation for your understanding of the situation. Accordingly, I promise to finish within promised schedule. There are some actions I will take regarding to the working period that may result in shorten it, in addition to keep the demolishing work with in day time only.
