Dear Mr. Hoang,
My name is Truong Nguyen. Lately, I have been informed by the building’s administrator that the noise comes from my apartment is bothering you and other families in the complex. Therefore, I am writing this letter to apologize for this matter.
The noise that you are hearing from my apartment is actually coming from the windows doors. I noticed this annoying noise 5 months ago, however, I have not had the time to fix the problem since I am usually away from home and forget to lock the windows. Thus, I suppose that they were making a lot of uncomfortable noises. For that reason, I am sincerely sorry for my mistakes and I hope you would understand my explanation.
I am currently on my business trip for 2 weeks. However, I promise to have the noise disappeared as soon as I return. In the meantime, if you have any suggestion please let me know and I will try my best to actions remotely.
