On the one hand , alternative medicine has been known to provide natural remedies without the adverse side effects that doctor medicines can often produce . Many people also believe that alternative medicine offers a more personal approach to treatment that considers the individual as a whole , taking into account both physical and emotional health. Additionally, traditional medical practices are often very expensive , which make people poor and middle class hard to access the necessary treatment . Alternative medicine is often more cost-effective , making it more accessible to individuals who cannot afford traditional medical care . But on the other hand, some argue that alternative medicine is not supported by scientific research and therefore its effectiveness cannot be guaranteed . In some cases , alternative medicines and treatments can even be harmful , particularly if individuals believe they can be used to replace traditional medical care . Moreover , alternative medicine can sometimes lead to delayed treatment, which can cause more harm than good . Lastly , conventional medicine has been refined through years of research and development , and alternative medicine can’t replace the established medicines and treatment plans of traditional medical care .
In conclusion , i think that using alternative medicines and treatment instead of visiting doctor can be a positive development if using it correct because using alternative medicine can provide a more cost-effective approach to treatment but it can’t
